Our Commitments

Transaction : When transferring any currency, you are responsible for covering the applicable transaction fees. Products and services
Tokens: We're not responsible if you use flagged or public tools. Please ensure you use a private tool and good proxies; otherwise, we won't be liable. After purchasing, be sure to verify your tokens using a Nitro token checker specifically. If the tokens are found to be invalid or locked, we'll request proof in the form of a screenshot from a Nitro token checker. This screenshot[uncropped]/video must be taken within 5 minutes of receiving the tokens.
If tokens are invalid and passwords are changed, there will be no refunds or replacements. We thoroughly check all tokens before restocking them on our site. This policy is in place because some buyers have made false claims of invalid tokens after changing passwords in order to obtain refunds during the warranty period. To clarify, we do not provide replacements or refunds in such cases unless we deem it necessary.
Warranty do not cover anything such as revoke, termed, flagged or anything beyond our controls. Please note that we only provide a thirty minutes limited warranty from the time of delivery, after which we are not liable for any issues that may arise or anything happens.
Server Boosts: Note that once we boost your server, we cannot transfer the boost. We will not be held responsible for any Nitro IDs/tokens getting termed or revoked by Discord, and we will not provide any refund or replacement. We advise you to turn off any anti-raid bots before making a purchase, as we will not replace any boosts if your anti-raid bot kicks the boosting accounts. Moreover, we cannot provide proof if the ID is not in the server or got kicked or revoked, as the boost will be activated through tokens. Lastly, we are not responsible for any issues arising from providing a wrong or invalid Discord server.
Nitro: Note that replacement of Nitro gift links is only possible when you provide a screen recording from the beginning as soon as we drop the Nitro gift link, and it must include before and after claiming the link, as well as going through your profile and the subscription part. We may ask for additional video recording or other types of proof for replacement, and there is no autoclaim warranty. Additionally, replacement or refund on the basis of how much it is used will only be provided for Lyf gift links in case they get revoked, and there is no warranty for normal Nitro gift links. Please also be aware that we are not responsible if Nitro gets revoked for Nitro tokens, server boosts, or any Nitro-related IDs, and no refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.
Tools
Tools & Dev Services: Note that if you purchase a tool, if the tool stops working, gets patched, or leaked, we will do our best to fix and update it, but if we failed we cannot provide refunds or replacements. Additionally, please be aware that prices are subject to change, and we cannot offer tools at previously purchased prices. Our lifetime access offer means access to the tool for as long as our service is running, and we reserve the right to end projects at any time without providing refunds.
It's also crucial to note that we do not accept liability if our tool functionality fails and you suffer a loss as a result; in that case, we will not be held liable. Make sure to thoroughly inspect the tool at the time of purchase.
Do not use leaked tools or manually login. These are used for boosting servers with a boost bot and/or boost tool. These are not to be used as a main account, they are not full access.
If Discord terms them, no replacements or refunds will be given. This is due to it being completely out of my control. However, we do used aged tokens in which is extremely rare for them to be terminated. Additionally, they have survived multiple term-waves.
Limitations and Auto Claim We do not provide any auto claim warranty for any product. It is the responsibility of the user to claim any warranty directly with the manufacturer. We do not guarantee or provide any warranty claims. If there is an issue with a product, please contact us and we will investigate. If we are at fault, we will provide a replacement or refund. Note that we are not responsible for any expired, invalid, or if product got revoked.
Privacy Policy
Our business only logs the information required by Sellix.io and Keyauth.win to manage license activation and deactivation. We do not log any other information.
Refund & Replacements Policy
Refunds are exclusively provided in instances where there is an error on our part or if the delivery of the product is not successfully completed.
In the event that the order is not fulfilled within the anticipated timeframe, a refund will be offered to the customer.
Attempting to reverse a payment after the product has been delivered without contacting us first for assistance will lead to your Discord and/or Sellix account being blacklisted from our shop, meaning you will lose the ability to buy from us ever again. We will also invalidate your purchased product.
